Saturday Night Shuffle

The Saturday Night Shuffle is an occasional Saturday night social dance intended for providing a night full of awesome social Balboa dancing! (And we happily welcome the fast Lindy and Collegiate Shag crowd!)

We lost our SNS venue to the pandemic, but we have finally found some nice spaces around Waltham, and we hope to see you there, dancing Bal!

The next Saturday Night Shuffle will be Saturday, February 21! Join us for an evening of wonderful social dancing! We will offer an intro/taster lesson before the dance, included in the price of admission, so bring your friends! 

This venue is near the awesome restaurant-row of Waltham, so you could head to Waltham early and grab some dinner (or ice cream or a cocktail) too. We made a map, with the venue and parking, plus a list of our favorite places to eat and drink, so you can make a whole night of it with your peeps!

We’ll have fabulous swinging music for dancing from DJ Katie Piselli and DJ Peter Flahiff!  

WHEN: February 21, 2026, 7:30-11:30pm (drop-in lesson 7:30-8:30, social dancing 8:30-11:30)

WHERE: Whitcomb Hall in First Parish Waltham church, 50 Church St, Waltham

Pre-register to ensure your spot, or pay at the door with cash or Venmo.

PARKING: while there is limited parking on site, and street parking nearby, there is a large municipal lot between Center St and Lexington St, just south of School St.

PUBLIC TRANSIT: check out the 70 bus from Central Sq Cambridge, or the commuter rail to Waltham.  Or carpool with friends!

COVID Safety: suitable masks required while in the venue. Masks will be available for free at the door if you need one.

– please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize noise when outside the building
